Dr. Sarah Qureshi, Pakistan’s first female aerospace engineer, is the founder and CEO of Aero Engine Craft, a company developing contrail-free aero-engines to reduce the environmental impact of aviation. Her Ph.D. research at Cranfield University focused on mitigating the greenhouse effects of aircraft contrails.

Collaborating with her father, physicist Masood Latif Qureshi, she developed a device that condenses water vapor in aircraft exhaust, preventing contrail formation and allowing the water to be released as artificial rain. This innovation aims to revolutionize the aviation industry by reducing its carbon footprint.
